English: Under the background of accelerating the construction of new power systems, the installed capacity and generation proportion of renewable energy continue to rise, putting forward new requirements for the safe and stable operation of power systems, market mechanism design, and optimal resource allocation. This forum focuses on the construction of electricity markets under high-penetration renewable energy integration. Key topics include market mechanisms for renewable energy participation, spot market operation, ancillary services and capacity compensation mechanisms, electricity price formation mechanisms, and market risk management. The forum aims to facilitate the exchange of policy research, mechanism design, and engineering practice experience, promoting the construction of a new electricity market system adapted to the development of high-penetration renewable energy.
